1.Tamarind pulp - 1/2 cup
2.Turmeric Powder - 1 pinch
3.Salt
4.Chilly Powder - 4 spoons
5.Coriander Powder - 5 spoons
6.Tomato - 1
7.Garlic - 10 Cloves
8.Green Chilly - 4
9.Small onion - 10
10.Cumin seeds
11.Fenugreek
12.Curry leaves - 10
13.Pepper
14.Gingelly Oil
15.Fish - 3/4 kg
16.Coconut(Grated) - 3/4 cup
17.Raw Mango - 1
18.Jaggery -little
Steps

1.Heat Gingelly Oil in Pan
2.Add Mustard seeds,smashed garlic,fenugreek to it.
3.Add Onion,Tomato,and Green Chilly one by one with the regular interval of 3 min.
3.Fry Cumin seeds,Pepper,Coconut in a seperate pan with little oil and grind it in mixie as a paste.
4.Add the paste to the gravy.
5.Add tamarind pulp,Chilly powder, Coriander powder,Turmeric Powder and salt to the pan.
6.Close the lid and keep the stove in sim till the raw smell goes away.
7.Add Mango and after five min add fish to it.
8.After 3 min, Switch off the stove and let the fish get cooked in the steam.
9.Add Jaggery if interested.
10.Serve hot with Rice,Idli or dosa.
