Poricha Kuzhambu


Ingredients

1.Small onion(finely chopped) - 10
2.Tomato(finely chopped) - 3
3.Brinjal or drumstick (I like drumstick in this curry)
4.Chilly Powder - 3 spoons
5.Coriander Powder - 3 spoons
6.Ginger Garlic Paste - 3 spoons
7.Turmeric Powder - little
8.Grated Coconut - 4 spoons
9.Saunf - 2 spoons
10.Kasakasa - 1 spoon
11.Patta - 2
12.Kraambu - 5
13.Coriander leaves
14.Curry Leaves

Preparation
-----------
1.Fry Onion,tomato and vegetable(brinjal/drumstick or you can add both) in the regular interval of 3-4 minutes.
2.Add Ginger Garlic paste.
3.Add Chilly powder,Coriander powder,salt and water.
4.Grind Coconut,saunf and kasa kasa and add to the curry.
5.Close the lid and allow it to get cooked for few minutes.
6.Heat a pan and add Patta,Kraambu,Curry Leaves and 1 spoon of chopped small onion and add this to curry for garnishing.
7.Add Coriander Leaves to the curry.
8.Serve hot with Rice ,Idly or Dosa.
