Ingredients

1.Mustard seeds- 1/2 spoon
2.Oil - 2 spoons
3.Coconut - 1/2
4.Sombu - 1 spoon
5.Salt
6.Turmeric Powder
7.Drumstick - 3
8.Curry Leaves
9.Small onion - 6
10.Chilly Powder - 2 spoons
11. Urad dal(broken) - 1/2 spoon
Preparation

1.Heat the Pan and add Oil
2.Add Mustard seeds,Urad dal,Curry leaves and Drumstick to the pan and fry for few minutes.
3.Grind Coconut and sombu and add it to the pan.
4.Add Turmeric powder,Chilly Powder and Salt to the gravy and close the lid.
5.Allow it to get cooked until the gravy becomes dry.
6.Drumstick masala is ready.
