Ingredients

1.Ginger Garlic Paste - 3 Spoons
2.Patta - 3
3.Kraambu - 4
4.Bay Leaf -1
5.Green Chilly - 4
6.Kasakasa - 1 spoon
7.Onion(Large) - 2
8.Tomato -3
9.Coriander powder - 2 spoons
10.Sombu - 2 spoons
11.Vegetable (Cauliflower/Potato/Soya Chunk or cooked Chicken)
12.Curry Leaves.
13.Onion(Small) - 2
Preparation
-----------
1.Heat the Pan and add Oil
2.Add Ginger Garlic paste
3.Add Onion,Tomato and the the Vegetable to it and fry for few minutes.
4.Grind Coconut,Green Chilly,Sombu (1 spoon) and KasaKasa and add to the pan.
5.Add Coriander powder and salt.Close the lid and get it cooked.
6.Heat the pan and add Patta,Kraambu,Curry Leaves,Bay Leaf and chopped small onions.Add it to the curry for garnishing.
